I always try and figure out something new to make with ground turkey. When I come home from work hungry, I lose all my creativity and opt for some easy tacos. Tonight, I took to Pinterest for inspiration and I found it! I had all the ingredients needed (there’s not too many) and I altered the recipe I found to make these low-FODMAP and gluten-free.
Low-FODMAP and Gluten-Free Spinach and Feta Kyler Fackrell Authentic Jersey Turkey Burgers
Get all your ingredients ready first: 1lb ground turkey, 2 cups defrosted frozen spinach, 1 cup of feta cheese, 1 egg and any spices you may fancy. I added some smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Next time, I might add cayenne pepper because I really think these patties would be great with a little kick too.
Put all ingredients in a bowl. If you’re going to be taking photos of said bowl, Kyler Fackrell Jersey make sure it doesn’t give off trippy reflections like mine is doing 🙂 Mix everything together with your hands. Add some olive oil (or your choice of oil) to a pan and heat it up on medium heat. You don’t it to be too hot so that your patties sizzle Kyler Fackrell Womens Jersey right away because that means you’ll burn the outside before the inside ever gets cooked.
