popchips Giveaway with Kate Scarlata!

Life+Thymez You all know how much I love giveaways! It makes me really happy to be able to gift my readers and show my appreciation for your support, all while promoting brands I really love. I’m super excited today because I’m partnering with my friend, the very well-known and highly-respected U.S.-based dietician, Kate Scarlata to giveaway Sea Salt popchips to two winners!

popchips Sea Salt Potato

popchips are definitely one of my low-FODMAP and gluten-free go-to snacks because they are better for you than some of the other options out there. They don’t use any oil in the popping process, but use a bit of non-gmo sunflower or safflower oil when they chips are seasoned. They also have 0 trans-fats, no soy, no soy lecithin, no MSG, and no preservatives, fake flavors or fake colors. They have a slew of flavors, but please make sure you read the ingredients and choose the ones that are okay for your own personal intolerances.

The sea salt flavor is our hero product: the ingredients are low-FODMAP (many FODMAPers I know had no issues with them), tasty and great for snackers. So great, Kate and I want you and a friend to try them for yourselves through our Instagram giveaway contest!

Entering the contest is as easy as these two steps:

  1. You must follow both @katescarlata and @lifeandthymez on Instagram
  2. Tag a friend you’d love to share some popchips with and maybe even tell us why you need to have them!

That’s it! Kate and I will each be selecting a winner in two weeks. The winner and their tagged friend will each get a sweet package from popchips of the sea salt flavor to enjoy!

Have fun friends!
