Ingredientz
  • 8-10 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 1-2 Jahri Evans Youth Jersey cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayo, optional
Instructionz
  1. While they're still hot, mash the hard boiled eggs
  2. Add in the chives, salt and pepper
  3. Add in the mozzarella cheese
  4. Mix together and add in mayo, mixing again
