Cheese Biscuits

Gluten Free Cheese Biscuits

I really think these gluten free (and low-FODMAP) cheese biscuits need no introduction. They are perfectly Josh Jones Authentic Jersey paired with Josh Jones Jersey dinner or eaten just as a snack. Next time, I’ll have to double the ingredients to make more, since these only lasted two days!

As with my Oat Bran and Chia Seed Muffin recipe, this one is all about mixing dry ingredients together, then wet, then mixing all together! Super easy and ready in about 20 minutes!
