Low-FODMAP and Gluten-Free Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cups frozen spinach, defrosted
  • Spices of your choice: paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper
  • Olive oil or your choice of cooking oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil over a medium heat.
  3. Handcraft patties one at a time and place gently in pan.
  4. Turn over after 5-7 minutes.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
